Meet Joe Gendy
Founder & Managing Partner
Joe founded Sapphire Bay Partners with a clear vision — to give property investors, medical professionals, and business owners access to the same level of financial expertise and strategic advice once reserved for large corporations.

With a background in a Big Four accounting firm and international experience across the US, UK, and Europe, Joe has advised clients on everything from complex transactions to long-term wealth creation. Today, he channels that experience into helping individuals and businesses achieve clarity, control, and growth.
Driven by a belief that meaningful results come from understanding people, not just numbers, Joe and his team deliver proactive, personalised solutions that simplify decision-making and empower clients to achieve lasting success.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) from La Trobe University, and an MBA with Distinction from London Business School. He is both a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Practising Accountant (USA).
